At Xeioesmall, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear without the original hygiene seal

  • Socks and hosiery that have been opened or worn

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A brief description of the reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (including ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, Xeioesmall will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

  • An item with missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund where appropriate


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received in the wrong size or color due to our error.

If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package resulting in its return to us, any return shipping fees, storage fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
