Free Shipping Eligibility

Customers automatically qualify for Free Standard Shipping when the order subtotal reaches US$59.00 or more after discounts and before taxes (if applicable).

Estimated delivery time consists of:

  • Shipping Time: 7–14 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 8–17 Business Days

Shipping Destinations

Xeioesmall ships to multiple countries and regions. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.

If your country or region is unavailable during checkout, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.


Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
